Prepared with the NDIS in mind this is Module 1 of 4 modules on Understanding and improving Customer Focus. The modules were prepared to help disability service providers ensure that all aspects of their business. (strategy, marketing, customer service, HR, finance and operations) are aligned to customer need. To get the most value, the four modules should be done in order. This module comprises a written introduction/overview of what customer focus is and an accompanying 5 minute video. It is useful for scene-setting and broadening the consideration of what customer focus is.
